Language is best learned through meaningful conversation and immersion. Research shows that learners acquire language most effectively when they are exposed to messages just beyond their current level of understanding (Krashen). In our small, interactive classes—capped at nine students—you’ll learn through real communication, continual exposure to Spanish, and comprehensible input that builds confidence and lasting language skills.
Meet your Instructor
¡Hola! Soy Lauren. I received 2 BAs in Linguistics and in Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Colorado in 2020, and my Master’s in Teaching Spanish from Rutgers University in 2022. I have instructed Spanish to university classrooms, elementary school classrooms, private tutoring, and through immersion at home, my children. I am passionate about language learning through community and interaction. Si quieres hablar en español, ven conmigo!
